Fees include: USA player registration, NTR player/coach officiating and scorekeeping fee, NTR tournament entry fees, USAV insurance , facility rental, coaching salaries and administrative expenses, coaches travel expenses and uniform package consisting of: jerseys (2) and warm-up (1)..
